Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this service (time-based consultation), all payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.


2. Exceptions (Only in These Cases)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The consultant fails to attend the call
  • The session is not delivered due to technical issues from our side

In such cases, you may choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled session

3. Rescheduling Instead of Refund

If you are unable to attend:

  • You may request rescheduling (minimum 12 hours before the call)
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed calls or last-minute cancellations

4. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged multiple times for the same booking:

  • The extra amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days
