2. Nature of Services

1% Men provides performance, hormonal optimization, and neuromuscular habit coaching:

• Consultation Calls: The ₹199 Root-Cause Assessment is a 1:1 strategy and intake consultation to analyze lifestyle, pelvic tension patterns, and physiological roadblocks.
• No Guaranteed Medical Cures: Individual outcomes depend on client adherence, pre-existing health baselines, and metabolic factors. No representation is made that outcomes are identical for every participant.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By registering on this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
• All information provided during intake forms and consultation sessions is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You assume full responsibility for your health decisions and will notify your personal physician regarding any underlying clinical issues.

4. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Diagnostic consultations are subject to scheduling availability:

• Scheduling Coordination: Following payment, our coordination desk will assign an agreed 1:1 time window via phone or WhatsApp.
• Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your consultation at least 2 hours prior to the booked time without additional charges.
• No-Show Policy: Repeated failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment slot.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All framework designs, training methodologies, Peak Erection Blueprint™ materials, text copy, and brand assets displayed on anmolsachdeva.com are the exclusive intellectual property of 1% Men and Anmol Sachdeva. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall 1% Men, Anmol Sachdeva, or associated coordinators be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseen damages resulting from the application or misapplication of recommendations discussed during lifestyle coaching sessions.
